Description
As part of the Unified Endpoints team within the Azure and M365 Services Unit, the consultant will assist in the provision of the packaging and integration service, provide ongoing support for packaged applications, and communicate with customers as well as third-party vendors.Responsibilities
• Create and validate windows installer MSI, MST and App-V packages.
• Configure production application deployments.
• Take part in service delivery processes:
o Incident management
o Request management
o Problem management
o Change management

Required experience

• Minimum 3 years experience in large IT environments
