Description
JD – Project Manager (German Speaking)1. Should be ITIL certified service management practitioner for min 5+ yrs
2. Coordinating interfaces between development coordination, service planning and reporting and other processes
3. Ensuring the consistent design of appropriate services, service management information systems, processes, information and metrics to meet current and evolving business outcomes and requirements
4. Coordinating all activities across projects, changes, suppliers and support teams, and managing schedules, resources and conflicts where required
5. Planning and coordinating the resources and capabilities required to design new or changed services
6. Managing the quality criteria, requirements and handover points between the service design stage and service strategy and service transition
7. Ensuring that service models and service solution designs conform to strategic, architectural, governance and other corporate requirements
8. Improving the effectiveness and efficiency of service activities and processes
9. Coordinating service transition activities across projects, suppliers and service teams
10. Ensuring that the final delivery of each service meets the agreed customer and stakeholder requirements specified in the service design package
