Description

ServiceNow Project Manager urgently required to work in London for 9 months on a contract basis for a leading global energy trading company.

The ServiceNow project manager will be responsible for reviewing the existing data model and data stored in ServiceNow, reviewing the requirements from the Connectivity Service Operations Managers (SOMs) and providing recommendations on improvements. The ServiceNow project manager will then oversee the implementation of the approved recommendations and provide training and working instructions for the new structure. They must ensure ServiceNow tools remain available, are delivered in a secure manner and perform appropriate oversight on any changes to the landscapes.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the following:

- 8 to 12 years of IT experience in a corporate setting

- Minimum Education or Certification: 4-year Degree/Certifications related to technology

- Typical Job Grade of Supervisor/Manager: JG3 or higher

- Prior experience in an IT support environment

- Prior experience of implementing ServiceNow

- Knowledge of Continuous Improvement methods and processes

- Prior experience of Agile working

- Knowledge in ITIL processes, incident, problem and change management

- Self-starter with good analysis and problem-solving skills

- Ability to operate in a global, virtual cross-cultural organization, working in different time zones

- Ability to handle concurrent tasks with appropriate priority
