Description
Tätigkeit:• Support in the implementation of IT infrastructure projects, e.g. during the transition phase of the Global Service Desk to a new service provider
• Creation and maintenance of project and budget plans in coordination with the project management
• Tracking of the project status to ensure the set goals (scope, costs, time and quality). Identify deviations in time, budget and cost planning and initiate countermeasures
• Reporting on project progress to project management and participants
• Independent preparation, implementation and follow-up of appointments, presentations, workshops
• Regular support of project management and project team in various project activities
• Documentation and tracking of project tasks (e.g. RAID logs, status reports, D&O tracker, meeting agendas and minutes)

• Certified project management skills (e.g. PRINCE2 foundation)
• ITIL foundation certification
