Description
Communications Managervacancy for a globally operating pharmaceutical company based in Basel.Your experience/skills:
- 5+ years in internal communication/relevant area
- 2 to 3 years' experience managing social media platforms or communities
- Track record of successfully managing and implementing communication plans
- Ability to network and communicate with GDD at Global, regional and country levels.
- Experience developing and implementing tactical plans that build and nurture online communities
- Experience locating and engaging advocates within the community to foster dialogue
Your tasks:
- Develop, own and implement communications plans for selected initiatives and projects, collaborating with business stakeholders
- Work with communications agencies to develop and implement creative ways of communicating key initiatives
- Produce a variety of high quality written materials including news articles, social media posts, key messages and leadership communications
- Project management, ensuring progression and tracking of tactical implementation
- In collaboration with the Communications Director, develop and maintain the communication strategy to support business strategy
