We are currently looking for a Salesforce Functional Analyst for one of our clients in the Hamburg area.
Tasks:
* Prepare requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations
* Elicit functional requirements through various communication channels
* Creation and delivery of requirements, planning documentation, features and functional specifications, business process flow design & recommendations on scope
* Drives implementations of high-quality cloud solutions
* Identify and document system deficiencies and recommend solutions
* Agile experience
* Must be able to seamlessly understand business process and requirements and translate them into design
* Contribute to design and solutioning workshops for changes, new features and platform optimisation.
Skills:
* Extensive experience as a technical Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst focused on Salesforce implementations
* Strong Salesforce experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Hands on configuration experience in setting up and managing communities is a plus
* Experience working within an agile/ lean environment and driving consistent results
* Salesforce certifications beneficial
* Teamplayer
