Description

Administrative Officer (50%) - IT Security - this is a long term contract opportunity to join our Basel based client in the financial sector.

Your experience/skills:
  • Excellent team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • 3+ years of experience in office management and business administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, e-mail, presentation and database software) and internet tools
  • High level of competence with treating confidential and restricted information
  • Well-organized multi tasker with accuracy, speed and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English


Your tasks:
  • Organising and coordinating all logistical aspects of internal and external management/staff meetings and events, as well as documenting, monitoring and improving administrative processes and services
  • Contributing to coordination and tracking on internal audit, operational risk and other recommendations follow-up
  • Coordinating and ensuring timeliness and completeness of CS information in the Bank's resource management platform, including CS project management and reporting to steering committees
  • Reporting to the Head of Corporate Security on CS direct costs and supporting CS management in their oversight of CS-owned contracts
  • Administering phishing scenario campaigns, contributing to security awareness and education, supporting travelers on security-related topics
