- Answering and handling all incoming inquires regarding bookings, reservations, invoices, complaints or other customer questions
- Professional consulting customers by phone in Dutch
- Providing advice to the customers´ requests
- Collaboration with other departments to ensure a high standard of customer services
Your qualifications
- Working experience in Customer Service, Support, Callcenter or other Customer Services
- Strong service orientation as well as communication skills
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Fluent in Englisch and Dutch
