Description
Scrum Master urgently required to work in London for 6 months on a contract basis for a leading global energy trading company.The ideal candidate will be supporting the Product Owner, Project Manager and Scrum Team to deliver value overall. The candidate will be guiding the Scrum Team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices.
Skills & Requirements:
* Scrum Master certifications (atleast one in: PSM I, CSM, PSM II, PSM III, CSP)
* Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least 2-3 years for a Scrum Team.
* Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
* Experience being on multiple Scrum teams in a variety of different contexts (different team sizes, different organizations, different businesses, different cultures, co-located vs. distributed, etc.)
* Knowledge of other approaches in the Agile space: XP, Kanban, Nexus, LeSS, SAFe, DevOps etc.
* Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, Product Thinking, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games.
