Process Expert Projects CGT vacancy for a globally operating Basel based company in the pharma sector.Your experience/skills:
- 5+ years' experience
- Proven process understanding in Pharma, GMP and Regulatory aspects
- Knowledge in CGT processing
- MSc. Degree or equivalent experience is desirable
- Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Providing front line support to manufacturing and working with the shift teams as well as supporting steward for assessment of technical changes and process changes
- Guaranteeing that all critical parameters are within written Instruction along with acting as Subject Matter Expert and Change Manager
- Performing Quality Risk Assessment combined with ensuring that all process changes are managed through appropriate change control procedure
- Doing first line evaluation of product and process related issues, making root-cause investigations and implementing effective CAPAs
- Reviewing validation and qualification protocols and reports for technical correctness as well as certifying that technical batches generate sufficient process knowledge
- Executing process improvements and scale-up along with sustenancing process optimization establishment and new technology introduction for continued productivity improvement
