Ads Marketing Manager vacancy requiring profound Market Analysis knowledge for a globally operating Zurich based company.Your experience/skills:
- In-depth experience in managing complex projects in matrix organisations including the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and external partners
- Proficiency in data-driven online marketing and creative execution, ideally with a skillset of current advertising products and tools
- Excellent analytical skills and background in driven campaign performance
- Proficiency in setting up new business operations and growing existing business to the next level
- Outstanding written and oral presentation skills with the capability to present to an audience of senior decision makers
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Languages: German, French and English, fluent in written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Developing revenue and growth tactics for the client
- Taking responsibility for the local marketing execution, from incentive programmes to education formats
- Managing workshops, digital events and communication
- Driving performance analysis and supporting process optimisation
- Establishing trusted relationships between various marketing and sales teams as well as with the most relevant partner agencies
- Representing the Swiss marketing department with internal stakeholders and collaborating closely with EMEA team
