Description
Digital Business Analyst
- Elicit requirements using interviews/workshops/document analysis. Requirement detailing using business analysis, business process descriptions, use cases, and workflow analysis
- Experience working in Agile. Have an understanding of Agile and Agile ceremonies
- Experience in using JIRA/Confluence to manage epics, writing user stories and tracking them to closure
- Experience managing/mentoring other BAs
- Help the scrum master organize sprint review meetings, attend sprint planning meetings, clearly communicate the business requirements to the team
- Proactively collaborate with internal and external customers to analyse the functional requirements and deliver the necessary artefacts like requirement specifications detailing the GUI, screen and interface designs
- Develop requirement specifications in accordance with the standard templates, using natural language
- Serve as the conduit between customers and the software development team and also be a liaison between technology teams, support teams and business units
- Improve IT operations by conducting systems analysis and by recommending appropriate changes in policies and procedures
- Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyse trade-offs between usability and performance needs
- Guide and manage a team of business analysts ensuring quality delivery. Facilitate effective team interaction.
