My client are looking for an EPM Administrator for their Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) systems to bolster their existing Hyperion team. You will support the APAC region on all day to day support and admin activities of the consolidation and reporting systems, with further opportunities to get involved in the HFM upgrade project down the line.

The position is a contract role, initially lasting 6 months but there may be scope to extend further. Contract starts April 2021, with interviews occurring this week and next.

The position can be located across the APAC region, within the JST time zone.

Key areas of responsibility:

  • Administration and support of HFM and consolidation processes
  • Responsible for developing and enhancing all aspects of reporting
  • Identify and develop improvements based on process and system performance
  • Work closely with business users to facilitate month end
  • Assist with system enhancements and change requests
  • Take a leading role in creating a close relationship between systems and finance.

Ideal experience:

  • 5+ years of HFM experience in consulting or end user roles
  • Ideally experience working with large multinational clients
  • Experience extracting data from source systems
  • Any HFM development experience would be beneficial including rules writing and Scripting
  • Proficient in the use of Smartview and the design and creation of reports
  • Broader Oracle/Hyperion systems experience
  • Group consolidation/finance process understanding
  • Strong English language skills are required
