What do you need to get started?
Must be 18 years or older and able to pass a background check and/or drug test
Desktop Computer tower and separate monitor required with Windows-10 operating systems; MAC computers may require Boot Camp to be installed
Dedicated phone line needed in some instances
A quiet place to work within your home office
Must possess Customer Service skills; Technical support experience is a plus!
Must have basic knowledge of computers, browsers, and basic computer functions; Typing speed of 25+ WPM is optimal
Bilingual agents are in HIGH demand and will earn additional revenue for top notch language skills. Agents must speak, read and write both English and second language. Courses are presented in English. If you speak French, Spanish, Portuguese or Quebecois, you have just found your new home!
