My London based Insurance Client are looking for a Change Lead to join them for a 12 month contract.

The organisation is embarking on a large transformation and change programme building a new global single broking platform.

The successful Change Lead will lead and deliver all Change Management activity across the Programme. Experience of end-to-end processing life cycle within Insurance broking is highly desirable.

The successful Change Lead will lead a change program to help enable increased operational efficiency through the delivery of an end-to-end sustainable Broking Platform solution, using technology to optimise the insurance processing life cycle and applications within it.

Skills;

  • Clear demonstrable experience as a Business Change Analyst/Business Change lead in an Insurance Broking environment which includes London Market/Lloyds experience
  • Expert in Business Change and process improvement, communications and training
  • Be a trusted change leader providing business insight and best practice to help capture and translate business requirements between business leads and technical teams to deliver measureable business outcomes.
  • Senior change analyst with a proven track record in IT digital transformation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment with high degrees of ambiguity arising from a period of significant change
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, working with demanding clients and senior management
  • Ability to work in a complex and changing environment
