Job CDM Coordinator - H&S, regulatory, compliance:
This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the department and oversight of all departmental records for contractual compliance and regulatory requirements. Furthermore, manages of all mandatory Health and Safety (H&S) training as required by business needs.

- Direct administrative support to the wider H&S department
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for safety related training for road and rail
- Supervise all training records electronically on Workday Learning necessary health and safety training
- Using Workday Learning run training associated reports as needed, providing support to H&S Training Manager
- Review working hours and excessive hours reports through Business Objects supporting HSE Advisors
- Have current knowledge and understanding of Rail, Road and Site Training requirements and ensure the coordinator team implement those requirements to all Cubic staff, as appropriate
- Assist the H&S Training Manager to review and update internal H&S training courses content
- Work closely with all other members of the Safety Department to maximise skills knowledge and experience to ensure that all H&S requirements on projects are understood and appropriate records are managed
- In conjunction with the Head of Safety, ensure that all necessary safety related documentation is maintained and updated
- Support the H&S Training Manager with procurement and review of external training eLearning materials for inclusion in Workday Learning
- Responsible for ensuring supplier is approved for annual requirements for D&A screening programme to meet Company, customer and RISQS
Minimum Job Requirements:
Skills knowledge and experience:
Essential:
- Proven administrative experience in a H&S/Training environment
- Previous experience of working in a pressurized environment
- Use of a learning platform, eg Cornerstone/Workday Learning
- Competent in Microsoft Office including Powerpoint to intermediate level
- Accurate record keeping and filing skills
Desirable:
- Previous experience in a H&S and/or training role
- Exposure to and supporting of internal and external audits
- Procurement of services by external providers/setting up accounts
Education and qualifications
Essential:
- Educated to GCSE level, grades A* to C or equivalent, to include Mathematics and English
- Nationally recognized foundation H&S qualification, eg IOSH Managing Safely
Desirable:
- Driving License
- NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent, or working towards
