Description
The task as an ASIC Project Manager is to be in charge of budget, planning and all deliverables of FTK projects.
The areas of responsibilities:
-The definition of test solutions, packaging strategy, yield optimization working very close with test and assembly engineers
-The characterization, qualification, ramp-up and safe launch of a NPI
-Reporting to the management and translating their vision towards the internal organization
-Collecting, analysing and distributing technical inputs from the customer requirements related to qualification of ASIC's using the MIL standards
The required experience and skills:
-Master in engineering
-Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in industrial or advanced development and project management
-Technical background in one or more key fields (digital, mixed signal and RF/analogy circuits)
-Enjoy working in a multi-disciplinary and cross-cultural team
This position will be a mixture of onsite in Belgium and remote work.
