Description
Harvey Nash are now inviting candidates to apply for the role of Procurement Specialist, a 3 - 6 months month initial contract, working inside of IR35 at a daily rate of £300 - £350 a day, candidates must hold a disclosure scotland at basic level, at application stage.
This role is remote at the moment due to covid, with a view to return to the offices in Scotland once it is safe to do so.
The Assignment
Providing specialist advice across procurement and policies for our public sector client.
Essential Skills
Strong Public Sector Experience is required
* Extensive knowledge and experience of all aspects of the end-to-end procurement process with an understanding of public procurement and EU procurement legislation
* Experience in strategic procurement techniques, supplier management and negotiation will be essential as will knowledge and experience of using Framework Agreements
* Effective leadership and stakeholder management skills
