Programme Manager (Full Fibre)

Up to £500 per day
Minimum 6 months with a view to extend.

Our client is looking for an experienced Programme Manager who has a proven track record in the implementation of large scale telecommunication and infrastructure programme rollouts with a minimum vale of Circa £10M.
Its important that candidates possess knowledge of the networking and the telecommunications, 5G, LoRaWAN, Public Sector and Programme Delivery.
Essential Experience
- The candidate must have a proven track record in the delivery of large scale telecommunication and infrastructure programme rollouts (£10M +)
- Experience of delivering multi-partner programmes
- Managing and controlling multiple-projects and work streams using formal project management methodologies.
- Directing large multi-disciplinary technical teams across disparate locations.
- Effective negotiation and resource planning.
- Experienced at managing external suppliers, contracts and services.
- Knowledge of Data networking and Telecommunications
- Managing Suppliers and Stakeholders
- Experienced operator at Board Level and Exec Level
- Legal and Commercial experience (contract management, procurement, negotiation)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to operate strategically

Desirable Experience:
- Experience of public sector ICT implementation(s)
- Experience of provision of ICT infrastructure and support services.
