NEW OPPORTUNITY: HR BUSINESS ANALYST/ 2 YEAR FTC/ *THAILAND*I am thrilled to present an exciting new opportunity to work with a International IT Facilities Management Firm who we maintain a close working relationship with after placing multiple times!
We are actively searching for Human Resources Business Analysts to help our client on a large-scale HRIS implementation project. Working on-site in Bangkok, Thailand on a 2 year FTC.
Project Mission
- Key player in implementing a HRIS system, 23 process areas.
- The HR eco-system, SAP Success factor core solutions, central, central payroll, compensation, employee self-service, success recruitment, success on-board, I-RPA.
- SFSF Learning, SFSF Succession and development, SFSF Performance and Goals, SFSF Compensation.
- SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Analytics Cloud.
Project Details
Language: Thai and English
Start Date: July/ Mid-July
Hours: 40hrs p/w (Full Time)
Location: Bangkok, Thailand
Contract: 2 years FTC
Required Experience
- Business Analyst with demonstrable experience in large-scale HRIS Implementations.
- Proven track record of delivering successful business analysis within parallel projects.
- Strong technical aptitude and computer proficiency, including MS Office Suite and ARIS.
- SAP Experience in projects - a plus.
- English and Thai speaking - required
