Description
Customer Insight Manager required to work on an initial 12 months contract.The ideal candidate will have a proven background working as a Customer Insight Manager within the Public Sector.
Location: London, Durham, Glasgow, Northgate
Skills & Requirements:
- Excellent Market Research and Data Analysis experience
- Extensive experience of managing research projects.
- Extremely confident liaising with stakeholders including senior leaders
- Knowledge of Excel, including data analysis and report creation/automation, including knowledge of advanced formulas and pivot tables.
- Experience using other analytical tools, including statistical software (e.g. SPSS)
- A strong personal interest in working in insight
