Description
You will be heavily involved in Data analysis from a marketing perspective, with a technical skill set being around SQL and Qlik( hands on). You must understand customer data from a business/marketing perspective, what are the KPIs that need to be developed for different stages of the customer life cycle, how best we can provide analysis to stakeholders and what kind of statistical techniques need to applied. Experience of developing dashboards, highlighting what type of KPI's need to be used. A background in customer insights and digital marketing is highly desirable.
