As a CRM you will play a strategic role inside Meebi helping our company generate business, and being responsible for managing the day-to-day relationships with our new and existing clients, building long lasting relations, and ensuring their long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
Approach potential clients to establish relationships with our company.
Create business plans for our new clients.
Ensure proper communication with our client and their organization.
Collaborate with our internal teams to address the client’s needs.
Evaluate the market and gain solid knowledge of competitors.
Preserve and retain new and existing clients.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Client Relation Manager
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
Experience in Sales
Experience with KPIs
Customer Service Oriented
Negotiation and Problem solving skills
