Change Business Analyst - Glasgow - 6 Month Contract
Our Public Sector client are currently recruiting for a Change Business Analyst to join on a 6 month initial contract, outside of IR35.
The successful candidate will have the following skills/knowledge:
- Experience of working as a Change Analyst on Digital Transformation Projects, delivering business improvements through the power of new technology
- Experience of implementation of MS Teams, SharePoint, and O365 applications
- Working closely with the Project Manager, Service Adoption, and external IT provider on the implementation of new applications
- Ability to guide conversations around business policy and governance
- An understanding of Data Protection and Information Governance
- Experience of working in all parts of the project life cycle
- Requirements gathering
- Business process design and mapping
- Ability to identify operational improvement opportunities
- Help to develop and implement new ways of working within the organisation
- Must have good PowerPoint, Visio and Excel Skills
- Good understanding of project management methodologies
