Description
This leading multi-strategy Hedge Fund seek a Senior UI Developer with Angular expertise to join them in the build-out of a state-of-the-art Horizontal X-Asset Analytics web platform, as part of a multi-year global Digital transformation initiative.
Rate - £625-£700 a day
Term - 6 months (min.)

Reporting to the Head of UI/UX Development, working alongside other expert UI Developers and Designers you will be responsible for the following -
- Design, development, and release of key UI components
- Face off to internal clients from Front-to-Back Office collecting and analysing requirements and translating them into deliverable solutions.
- Implement interfaces in Angular, React, Backbone and Vue
- Influence and contribute next generation of UI standards
- Key contributor to analysis and improvement of UI standards and design
Suitable Applicants need to have experience of -
- Proven expertise (5-7+ years) UI Development experience ideally including experience within a financial services organisation
- JavaScript frameworks including Angular, JQuery, Backbone, React, Vue
- Code Review Tools PMD, Prettier, ESLint
- Experience of using Python for large projects and Node.JS for smaller initiatives
- Unit-testing in Jest, Jasmine or Karma and end-to-end testing frameworks
- Experience with SCM tools such as GIT, Subverson, AWS CodeCommit
- Experience creating/using public facing APIs
- Advocate of Scrum, Kanban or Agile software development in general
