Job Title: Data Analyst/Data Scientist
Location: Remote/London
Duration: 12 Months Contract initially
The Data Scientist supports the DME EMEA Sales Operations Reporting & Automation Team in driving results across the various RTM.
Key responsibility will be to focus on:
Drive the development of a data cube which will form part of the DME EMEA reporting ecosystem
Gather the requirement from the different part of the business regarding data collection and highlight gaps on the data input
Collaborate on document the architecture of the sales operation's ecosystem
Design a data model logic that will be able to connect multiple sources
Compile and reconcile data from multiple internal sources
Define, create, and maintain reporting dashboards (PowerBL, Tableau, or SFDC)
Analyze and visualize large data sets to report on KPIs
Develop and evolve metrics and support reporting automation and visualization across Sales & GTM
Required Experience:
Minimum 5 years related work experience in the data scientist within Sales, Sales Support/Operations or interlinked functions, ideally in the software industry
Proven analytics and reporting expertise. Adept at using MS Office, an advanced PowerBI and Tableau user with extensive experience of sales reporting and forecasting platforms (including but not limited to SalesForce.com).
Experience with SQL, Python, or similar programming languages, along with experience in automation software (Knowledge of Alteryx would be an advantage)
Strong planning, organizational, and multitasking skills
Solid mathematical aptitude and effective project management skills
Ability to analyze and document complex business processes should be a problem solver
Must be self-managed, responsive, and able to work in a virtual team environment.
Hands-on mentality, proactive and great attention to detail.
