Settlements/Clients Services Admin (multiple roles)

Gibbs Hybrid is recruiting for a Client Services, Settlements Administrator to join our financial services client based in Manchester.

We require 4x accomplished Settlements Administrators to join the Settlements and Reconciliation Team on 6 months contracts paying up to £11.85/hour (inside IR35).

You should be knowledgeable in the end-to-end Settlements cycle and knowledge of upstream and downstream processes OR have experience working within Client Service Delivery within the financial services/banking sector. Working within a supportive team, the Settlements Administrator is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate settlement of client instructions in line with Service Level Agreements and published deadlines. The monitoring and updating of transactions and exceptions in accordance with best practice is a fundamental aspect of the role. The ability to provide high quality client service delivery, whilst managing risk is essential.
