Description

The Assistant CRM Marketing Manager you will play an important role in post purchase experience, across Europe.

Working within the European CRM and Technology team, you will be responsible for the delivery of customer life cycle communications to drive customer satisfaction, NPS, retention and upgrades across Europe.

You will take responsibility for creating, adapting and delivering campaigns for the customers, improving customer retention and optimising lifetime value.

This is a hands-on delivery role focusing on campaign planning and delivery across email and push notification channels across the entire customer life cycle. You will work with our agency to develop comms as well as the CRM Ops team to implement.

You will be comfortable and excited by a fast moving and changing environment and have experience in CRM marketing where retention has been key. This role will be ideal for someone who is looking to develop their CRM experience further and make an immediate impact.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 1-2 years experience in a Retention/CRM Marketing role

  • Consumer-oriented approach, ability to build consumer-friendly messaging

  • Outstanding execution skills with strong attention to detail

  • Organised with outstanding work planning and time management skills

  • Excellent communication skills and confident presenting to teams

  • Experience of analysing metrics and data to guide decisions and make recommendations
