Description

Masentó are working with a logistics company in Belgium who are looking to engage a Functional Analyst for their document management projects - this will be an initial contract until the end of the year with extensions thereafter.

Details:

  • Proven record business analysis & basic project management

  • Experience in preparing and supervising workshops with business

  • Experience in drawing up and following up on schedules

  • Committed to keep up with the evolutions in content management & collaboration management

  • Sufficient abstraction ability to propose and negotiate solutions with the business that go beyond one business process

  • Experience in guiding the business in the change management track for the implementation of CCMS platforms

  • Drafting user stories, user tasks and personas

  • Functional & technical knowledge XML based documentation

  • Knowledge of content management principles and of the approach to arrive at information architectures

  • Experience with metadata, taxonomies, drawing up guidelines for the use of metadata, hierarchical structures, naming conventions, classifications, etc

  • Knowledge of (technical) (copy) writing and directing people to perform technical writing in XML

  • Experience in translating functional requirements to technical people to implement a CCMS

  • Knowledge of standards around XML based documentation

  • Experience with the standard functionalities of various CCMS platforms

  • Personal skills
    Experience working in agile teams
    Being able to express oneself fluently in NL OR FR
    Certification or equivalent by experience in XML based documentation

This will be a a fully remote position until further notice - with some on-site work in Brussels post covid.
