Business Architect - TOM - Target Operating Model
Developing project specific business architecture deliverables with the intention of operationalising the agreed strategy and delivering on the project's stated outcomes.
Common deliverables include:
- Current Operating Models and As-Is Analysis
- Target Operating Model (TOM) options and detailed design
- Gap Analysis
- Impact and risk assessments
- Implementation roadmaps and plans
Working with colleagues across the change life cycle - Project Management, Business Analysis and Business Change - to provide assurance and enable successful project delivery. Working strategically and collaboratively with other Architects to ensure a One view, standardising approach to key architecture dimensions including processes, people, technology and data.
Preparing analysis, materials and recommendations for approval by Divisional leadership teams and enterprise design/architecture authorities, ensuring a standard approach and quality of design work across the organisation. This includes completing initial Architecture Impact Assessments (AIAs) and high-level design options; ensuring alignment with overall Enterprise Architecture, architecture design principles and roadmaps.
Must have 7+ years as a Business Architect with extensive experience in Financial Services/Banking ideally working on regulatory projects.
Previous experience working for a Consultancy is highly desirable.
