Maxegan Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Business Change Lead for an initial 6 month contract to join a market leading, global client.
The role will be central to an exciting Workday Transformation Programme, in leading the design, development, and delivery of a comprehensive change proposition to enable the People Transformation underpinned by Workday.
Overview of duties, include:
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of a comprehensive change proposition to enable the People Transformation underpinned by Workday.
- Establish and lead a change team to deliver employee and manager self-service globally.
- Manage the change network to ensure high level of customer adoption.
- Develop and deliver a comprehensive communications campaign, tailored and relevant to various stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver a comprehensive and tailored programme of education and training to impacted stakeholders.
- Take part in test phases to ensure educational collateral is aligned to technology design, process flow and outcome objectives.
- Work with key stakeholders across the business to understand and address knowledge gaps, operational readiness, and readiness to adoption of changes brought about by the transformational programme.
For this role, you will need:
- Strong Business Change leadership experience
- HR transformation experience
- Experience of rolling out Workday or another tier 1 HRIS globally.
- Excellent, clear communication skills both written and verbal
