My client, a multinational tech company are currently looking for a Business Trainer to join them on contract to take responsibility for the training needs of the site.
As the Business Trainer, you will report directly to the Training Manager and be responsible for determining the needs of the user community and ensuring the on boarding and any required training needs are met.

The Job:
Deliver training to employees across the EMEIA region, both in person and remotely using video conferencing. Work with the training manager to schedule 1:1 and group training sessions in the Learning Centre, and liaise with business contacts across multiple sites. Deliver 1:1 training sessions. Assist in the identification of training needs in the company, assessing individual and group training requirements.

Have you?
At least 5 years' experience training a variety of audiences from one-to-one sessions to large groups. Excellent presentation skills and communication skills - verbal and written. Ability to learn new topics and technologies. Experience delivering training sessions to dispursed or remote teams
