Delivery Project Manager, Agile, Digital, Software applications, Oracle HR, Oracle Financials is required by our high profile Digital and Data focussed client based in London (currently remote work)

To deliver a workstream of software applications and enhancements.

Essential Skills

Experience of incremental development of corporate systems such as Primavera, Oracle HR and Oracle Financials, with particular experience of Oracle cloud.

Experience in delivering corporate digital services and working on large major programme management systems

Experience of working with long term DevOps partners

Minimum 5 years experience in managing IT and digital projects and on large-scale projects

Experience of working in heavy corporate environments such as Transportation, Utilities sectors. Retail background would also be considered.

Track record leading Dev Ops teams


Experience of Matrix managing multifunctional teams across several locations, including outsourced/third party suppliers

Proven track record of managing the performance of third-party organisations

Proven financial approach and cost controls management


Understanding of systems integration. Understanding of construction (planning, risk, cost management)

Minimum 3 years' managing projects in a data driven environment

Minimum 3 years experience of using agile frameworks and DevOps, with a track record of success in the delivery of significant Dev Ops based projects

Process improvement design and implementation capability

Ability to develop and implement feedback systems to improve performance

Ability to demonstrate exposure to risk decisions with implications wider than own area

Experience of MS Dynamics

Experience of Google Cloud Platform development

Working understanding of RIBA stages

The scope of work is to develop a platform for managing a large programme. The first step of developing the platform is near completion. It consists of standalone components to support scheduling, cost planning, cost management, delivery risk management. The next stage is to upgrade the solution into an integrated Programme Control Platform, which itself will be integrated with the Corporate Services platform and the Engagement/Requirements platform to form a data fusion that will provide next generation insight, control and management for the programme.
