Anglo American is looking for a finance change training coordinator for a 6 month contract
The Training Coordinator is responsible for the facilitation of end user training, working alongside the Training Lead to ensure BU teams are set up for success in using the solution. This resource will be responsible for the preparation of training content and materials for end-users and master users across multiple BUs.
Qualifications:
A consultancy background (preferable)
Technical Knowledge:
Operations (preferable, but not required):
o Principles and elements of the AA Operating Model;
o AA Organisation Model concepts and principles.
Track record of leading ideas generation; translating these into practical initiatives to be implemented and demonstration of successful execution and delivery within a training context;
o Can evidence 3 - 5 years of training experience across an organisation of comparable size and complexity;
o Can demonstrate hand on experience working across Programmes or Projects with a large data and or technology component.
Compliance:
o Safety, health and environment, legislative, statutory, regulatory and permitting requirements.
