Anglo American is looking for a Training Lead within Group Finance

The Training Lead is responsible for the coordination, facilitation and execution of end user training,

provide all the necessary toolkits, and ongoing support that meet the standard of the business to ensure success. This resource will verify the quality of the product before it hits deployment to ensure user need are met and be the voice of the customer by tracking that the right decisions are being made.

The Training Lead provides the framework and templates to be utilized by all Business Units (BU)/Sites.

The Training Lead will work closely with the Change team, Finance Learning team and local change resources to ensure material is leveraged and improved as lessons learned are provided

Qualifications: A consultancy background.

Technical Knowledge:

Operations (preferable, but not required):

o Principles and elements of the AA Operating Model;

o AA Organisation Model concepts and principles. Management:

o Track record of leading ideas generation; translating these into practical initiatives to be implemented and demonstration of successful execution and delivery within a training context;

o Can evidence 8+ years of training experience across AA or an organisation of comparable size and complexity;

o Can demonstrate hand on experience working across Programmes or Projects with a large data and or technology component.


o Safety, health and environment, legislative, statutory, regulatory and permitting requirements.
