Description

Research Ops Project Manager/Coordinator with experience of working with design teams is required for a 6-month contract at a leading bank based in London.

THIS ROLE IS FULL REMOTE & IS INSIDE IR35

Overview:

In collaboration with researchers and digital product teams, you'll be able to draw on a mix of project management, commercial and research skills to coordinate research activities and manage research projects. You will be highly organized and be able to simultaneously oversee research initiatives for multiple stakeholders, with an affinity toward optimizing processes to increase research productivity and efficiencies as well as increase opportunities for innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Coordination and planning of research activities across the HCD Teams.
  • Manage lab bookings, recruitment and incentives of participants.
  • Manage repository of research and insight across the different channels.
  • Develop a process for sharing research and insight across the team and wider bank.
  • Support HCD in optimizing research operational processes
  • Update and maintain HCD resource tracking documentation for research activities and team

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience and knowledge of carrying out research projects from proposal through to delivery.
  • Understanding of the timings involved in research, and is able to support teams in defining key dates within projects
  • Experience conducting research participant recruitment to support research studies
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently, working in agile teams
  • Attention to detail and pride for delivering excellent work that exceeds client expectations
  • Experience with managing 3rd party participant recruitment vendors, contracts/SoWs and finances
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaborative abilities
  • Communicates early and often; able to take shifting priorities and timelines in stride and manage change effectively
  • Excellent organisational skills to allow you to effectively work with multiple stakeholders and clients.
  • Has worked within Financial Services or for Financial Service clients is a plus
  • A hands-on, highly collaborative attitude.
