Frank used to work within the manufacturing team, but he's just been promoted. History is proof that most vacancies here are filled from within - which means this could not only be your next job, but the one after that as well.

If you've worked within a Manufacturing environment for a couple of years elsewhere, you know what it takes. Reporting into the Production Supervisor and working alongside the wider Production & Supply Chain teams, you'll ensure that various policies have been met, whilst working with a mixture of various departments across the business.
You'll work in Watton, Norfolk - it's a busy town, but public transport is limited so you'll need your own car to get there and back.
You'll work within a team of 5, all helping the production teams do what they do best. This means there are plenty of people nearby that you can ask for help if you need it.
If you care about such things, you might like to know that the company are a growing force. Throughout the pandemic they've gotten busier & busier. They're also a global business, which explains why there are plenty of opportunities to move on.
By the way, if you're wondering if you need qualifications, don't worry. Your personality is more important than your exam results. However, if you do have some experience with both Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, operating MRP Systems and hold knowledge of either Sealing processes or Heater manufacturing - these will help.
