Our cliet are a large local government organisation and are llooking or an Oracle User Trainer as well as a HCM User trainer to join their team. This is initially a 3 month contract which may be extended for the right applicant. Our client is looking for someone who can come on board and deliver a Business Change Strategy for delivering the ERP solution to the business and its constituent parts that enables a state of readiness for users to be ready to utilise the new system and aligned processes at Go Live
You will be tasked with delivering below for both Oracle ERP/HCM ( 2 Roles )
Lessons learned exercises
Training needs analysis and the training approach
Business Readiness Activities where required
Business Change Governance Gate criteriaSupport and contribute to the plan to anticipate key risks to business operations which may occur at go-live and how these risks will be mitigated.
Support the HR, Finance and Commercial functions in holding dress rehearsals for Release go-live, running through activities which have been subject to significant change or key interface points in the process to reinforce and address any questions arising from end user training. This activity should also be informed by the business cutover plan
General Criteria applicable through all phases:
Participate as a working member of the Oracle cloud Change Management Team
Support delivery of videos to support the SI training user guides
Operational delivery of Organisational readiness capability for adoption of new System implementation partners and System Solution - business sign off
Contribute to Brent Programme Governance Reporting eg Risks, Check Point reporting, Gated Reviews
Identify key change/communication/engagement activities to the Business Change Manager for refreshing and maintain the Business Change Plan based on newly emerging understanding of business impacts arising from eg detailed technical design or changes to planning assumptions/milestones/process reviews etc.
To be considered for this role you will have
Oracle ERP Change Lead and End User Trainer (demonstrating key SME End User activities)
Cloud experience an advantage but not essential
Ability to measure, demonstrate and articulate the change impact to the business, of specific process and service changes and to make these tangible for employees
Excellent engagement, relationship building, and expectation management skills with stakeholders of all organizational levels across a diverse environment
Comfortable with a complete range of current change management tools and techniques, including digital media, and how to use them in an integrated, strategic, and creative way
Passion for developing creative ways to optimize engagement and learning, and proven experience applying innovative and creative solutions to drive change adoption
Experience in developing quality training material, high level design documents and course outlines
Experience in delivering End User Training for ERP and effective user knowledge assessments to drive user adoption
