Description
My local authority client are looking for a Debt Recovery Manager to join the team on an initial 3 month basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diary of accounts from a variety of client accounts with different types of mounted debts.
- Contact debtors by effective use of outbound calls, letters, emails and texting.
- Understand, investigate and respond to disputes, queries and complaints raised, in order to achieve the best outcome for all business clients.
- Be knowledgeable and aware of industry's compliance and regulatory rules.
- Respond to debtor's and client's contact within agreed service standards.
- Negotiate payment plans or settlements.
- Train and Support Team Leader
- Council Tax and NNDR
Duration: 3 months
Rate: High Rates Apply
