SAP HCM (SuccessFactors) Consultant
Our client is an international organization within the hotel industry. Currently, the organization employs over 12000 professionals spread across 29 countries. Within the Netherlands, they are searching for an SAP HCM (SuccessFactors) consultant to join them in this new project that will mostly handle their preparation on reopening.
Role details:
- SAP HCM modules such as payroll implementation and more.
- Developing new process within existing process.
- Able to communicate understand organization structures and roles
- Support the client in defining and documenting HCM business processes

Requirements:
- Extensive experience in configuring Work schedules, Holiday calendar, Attendance types, Absence types, generate time quotas and time evaluation, HR Time.
- Knowledge with Dutch labour laws and regulations.
- Experienced with SAP Net Weaver and SAP solution manager.
- Knowledge with E recruitment.
- Fluent in Dutch and English
