BI/Data Business Analyst opportunity has arisen working for a market leading Insuretech division of progressive city based Insurance organisation. You will be joining their BA Team and will be key to ensuring that their client's needs are met and easily translated into outcomes. You will need strong communication and stakeholder management skills, as you will work closely with product teams, constantly interacting with software engineers, testers and Subject Matter Experts. You will also be technically astute and enjoy being the bridge between technical teams, user groups and corporate management.
Key Requirements:
- A love of data and proven experience supporting data and technology driven developments within insurance as a Business Analys
- Demonstrable SQL skills to query complex data sets
- MI reporting skills
- A deep understanding of Agile release management, backlog prioritisation and creating user stories
- Knowledge and understanding of data visualisation projects
- Dashboard manipulation experience (Qlikview/Qlik Sense or Power BI)
- Knowledge of the agile delivery methodology
- Insurance experience preferred.
