Business Analyst with Insurance experience and application implementation experience is sought by buoyant and thriving Insurtech organisation. This role will see you joining an exciting and fast-paced team, with the culture of an entrepreneurial small business, yet delivering high-quality enterprise-grade industry-firsts into the global wholesale insurance market. They are looking for a technology Business Analyst to help drive forward some of their most challenging and interesting projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder management, ensuring clients' needs from across the London and Global Insurance Markets are understood and can be easily translated into outcomes.
- Strategic planning
- You will be the intermediary, working closely with Product teams and constantly interacting with Software Engineers, Testers and Subject Matter Experts on a range insurance-specific products and projects
- Documentation
Key Requirements:
- Previous tech BA experience within Insurance (Lloyds of London ideal) within an applications/digital environment
- Deep experience in requirement elicitation from various stakeholder groups
- An understanding of how best to work with other product functions such as Development or Test
- Knowledge and experience of delivery in Agile projects
