I am currently looking for ten experienced IT System Administrators, to join my key client for this freelance remote project. You will utilise your expertise to contribute to this challenging long term project and collaborate with a cross functional team.What’s expected of you;

• Able to effectively prioritize workload and execute tasks under pressure.
• Excellent customer service skills preferably developed working in an IT service-oriented environment.
Experience:
• Provide 1st line and 2nd line Support
• Respond and update all service-related inquiries in a proactive and customer focused manner
• Validate all service requests according to the Service Desk process
• Communicate with End Users and update users on service-related matters
• Handle incidents and progress through to resolution ensuring that correct actions have been taken or escalated sufficiently
• Guarantee all service activity is handled according to the agreed SLA’s and escalate where SLAs are in danger of being breached
• Communicate all activity associated with the service request to the relevant stakeholders
• Document service requests and activity in the relevant Service Management tools
• Monitor service request escalation mailbox within an agreed SLA and formal escalations via Service Management tools
• Strong background with ITIL, ITSM and Jira
