Head of Stakeholder Engagement
6 month initial contract
£625 per day

Key responsibilities:
- Implement and manage a Strategy for Stakeholder Engagement including stakeholder mapping, meetings documentation eg TORs, Minutes and Actions
- Be the first point of contact for Stakeholders ensuring excellent communications and relationships are developed and maintained
- Develop and maintain a Stakeholder Strategy
- Ensure all stakeholder content including activity and actions arising are maintained
- Coordinate Stakeholder feedback and monitor, analyse and report on using this evidence to propose opportunities to improve engagement and processes
- Attend regular stakeholder meetings with G6 lead recording data, risks and issues and deputising where appropriate
- Horizon scan the external environment for opportunities
- External Communications and press office/media liaison
- Ensure resulting actions are escalated appropriately including where changes to policy, products and services are required
- Proactively plan activities that raise the profile and reputation of MQS Landside Ops aligned to any team objectives, strategies, business plan and leadership priorities
- Feed into MQS action logs and performance dashboard where appropriate
- Development of relevant stakeholder briefing products for G6/DD/D
- Record all risks managed within your area of responsibility and escalate to MQS SLT risk register where necessary
Essential criteria:
- Exceptional Stakeholder Engagement and Communications skills
- Demonstratable complex problem-solving skills
- Media Trained OR experience in communications
- Desirable - Previous experience gained in a similar role deal with multiple Stakeholders both internal and external to the organisation
