Data & CRM Coordinator
3 month contract
£200 - £300 per day - Inside IR35
London - Currently Remote
My client, world's best known British public service broadcaster is looking for a Data & CRM Co-ordinator.
The role supports on the daily operation of campaigns in the email platform, setting up new emails, selecting targeting, validating quality and compliance and producing standard reporting (with support of the data analysts).
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Ensure your own activity for the week is clearly planned and prioritised and track that all activity is delivered to schedule, budget and standards.
- Ensure all your own email output is of appropriate quality and complies with all relevant company guidelines and procedures.
- Ensure the correct functioning of escalation and issue management procedures.
- Double-check all email communications to ensure 100% accuracy.
- On a regular basis, and as required ad hoc, produce basic email performance reports for your own campaigns to help improve performance and to inform investment decisions for regions, brands and products.
Knowledge, skills, training and experience:
- Copywriting and subbing skills are critical.
- Coordinators must be able to spot and correct any errors.
- Knowledge of HTML also essential.
- Willingness to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and to develop skills according to the changing needs of the business.
Previous Experience:
- Previous experience of working with an Email service Provider is desirable
- Experience working independently to tight deadlines
- Working with senior stakeholders (or clients)
