Salt's client, a Leading Digital Agency based in London are looking for a talent and driven CRM Executive to work alongside their core content team, supporting in the translation of their promotional calendar in to campaign approach. In this role, you will be working across 20 territories, playing a key role in the end-to-end CRM process, advising on best route forward for targeting and content, preparation of data, copy build, Quality Assurance and finally acquiring approval and campaign deployment. This will be a fully remote operating role and will run for minimum 2 months in length.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Owning the CRM promotional and marketing campaign calendar for the websites
  • Creating the web push strategy for all countries
  • Execute on the strategy set out by the CRM manager, supporting them on implementing customer journeys from pre-acquisition through to acquisition, retention and churn reduction and maximising the PNL
  • Assisting with promotional design briefs to different departments and ensuring campaigns are fulfilled by relevant teams
  • Support the content team in updating any relevant content on landing pages
  • Proficient use of Excel is essential - Overseeing Data manipulation with some manual work by removing any bad data from targeting lists etc.
  • Executing, analysing, and reporting on campaigns through various data platforms, suggesting, testing and implementing new strategies to improve future performance
  • Utilise data to review current promotions and drive further profitability in the future
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of activity from all existing segments while helping to build new customer segments
  • Continuous competitor analysis and market development
  • Work closely with technology partners
  • Creating, sourcing, and publishing relevant and compelling CRM messaging

Key Skills Required:

  • Previous gambling/gaming industry experience is a plus or hold a keen interest in Sports, especially football
  • Experience working with CRM, platforms (customer.io, extremepush, InfoBip etc)
  • Creative mindset
  • Previously undertaken competitor analysis & reporting tasks
  • Hold a strong attention to detail & creative
  • Strong communication skills
  • High quality project & time management skills
  • Possess the ability to work dynamically and remotely
