Campaign Manager, Recruitment Resource, Stakeholder, Onsite recruitment, Civil Service, 7 months, 230 per day, Inside IR35.

* Remote until further notice
Some travel to Bootle may be required and this could become more frequent if the client returns to the Office.

As a resourcing campaign manager, you will have a key role in supporting the business in the recruitment and selection of the right people with the right skills and experience at the right time to meet key business requirements. This will include specific and specialist roles and a range of multifaceted larger and more ambitious campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be part of the clients in-house resourcing team, who support resourcing across different business areas and specific resourcing projects.

You are responsible for:

  • Understanding business requirements and project manage the delivery of recruitment campaigns, employment checks and onboarding.
  • Ensure Civil Service Recruitment principles, clients vacancy policy, Diversity and employment law are met in all recruitment and selection activities.
  • Planning activities in line with the business resourcing requirements, working with other resourcing managers, senior managers to deliver services through external providers.
  • Effectively contract manage and build successful relationships with the clients external providers for recruitment and selection activities
  • Provide professional guidance and advice to vacancy managers on selection methods and Civil Service Recruitment Policy, critically challenging assumptions to decide on the most suitable, cost-effective solutions, including making best use of the Civil Service Success Profiles.
  • Set appropriate and innovative marketing strategies for each role/job discipline, managing the clients channels to attract and retain a diverse and relevant candidate pool.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Experience and knowledge of working in recruitment and selection with exposure to some of the following areas: attraction, application, sifting and selection tools, evaluation of campaign effectiveness.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects at various stages through to completion
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills to analyse and evaluate information, and produce clear/concise information and reports;
  • Flexibility and initiative to work in a changing environment
  • IT skills, including experience in using Microsoft Office.
