1st Line Service Desk Analyst - Public Sector - Contract - West Yorkshire - £90 to £100 per day
Roc Search are currently recruiting for 1st Line Service Desk Analysts for an NHS client based in West Yorkshire. This is for an initial period of 6 months however is likely to be extended stretching well into 2022. This is a good opportunity for someone looking to further develop their experience within a supportive NHS environment
The successful candidate will have:
- IT experience through previous roles/studies
- Excellent Customer service skills/background
- Excellent Communication skills (in person, over the phone and written form)
- Proficient Spelling & Grammar
- Excellent Keyboard skills
- A professional manner & can do attitude
