Market Adoption Lead, 6 months, Remote, Inside IR35, £528/day
My client, a leader in their field are on the lookout for a Market Adoption Lead to join their team. The successful candidate will be passionate about Market Adoption and would have been a senior member of a team previously.
Market Adoption Lead (MAL)
- Generally, collaborate with Daimler markets (pilot project: 2) on maximizing their business benefit from adopting Region Overseas' offering of CRM/SFMC Use Cases
- Nurture pilot markets' strong understanding of and trust in Regional Activation Center's capability to act on markets' behalf with regard to more effectively and efficiently (cost, time) prepare and run CRM (pilot) campaigns
- Liaise and coordinate with Daimler/Emil HQ and Regional Campaign management/Content/Social/Web teams on (pilot) campaign planning/preparation
- Bridge between Daimler Global, Regional Steering and (pilot) markets on expected business outcomes of (pilot) campaigns, ie align OKR framework
- Collaborate with AC team and markets to implement CRM (pilot) campaigns in markets in such a way that OKRs are achieved/surpassed - strong automotive, SFMC product and marketing background required
- Develop deep understanding on (pilot) markets' local business processes as well as availability of CRM/SFMC related data
- Assume driving role in resolving potential risks/dependencies from a functional as well as technical perspective
- Collaborate with Data Analyst on executing weekly/monthly (pilot) campaign performance management (measurement + optimization) - identify target deviations, define and align countermeasures, ensure implementation
Required background: Automotive, Marketing/CRM campaign planning and execution, Salesforce Marketing Cloud
