Rate: Negotiable Day Rate depending on experience

The Project Coordinator/Business Analyst will support strategic initiatives improving cyber security. Looking for a mid-level experienced Business Analyst to join the OT Security Team to support cybersecurity engineering projects aligned with Strategic Project Portfolio. While the incumbent will work with Technology team, this role is a non-Technical B.A. position. The role requires a broad general understanding of IT. and systems and an active interest in cybersecurity.

Position Description:

The Project Coordinator/Business Analyst, OT Security, is responsible for supporting project delivery, change management and communications.

  • Manage, track and own schedules and detailed project plans
  • Support project work streams across various stages of the project life cycle
  • Effectively work in cross-functional, diverse team environments, including members of business/functional staff and external vendors
  • Meet task timelines to support realization of project benefits
  • Work with IT and product groups to identify, design and deploy technical process improvements
  • Monitor pipeline of key initiatives to identify opportunities for integration and/or manage potential risks
  • Co-ordination and facilitation of Process workshops with cross functional teams, the goal of which is to document the "as-is" processes and identification of areas for improvement.
  • Provide feedback to stakeholders and customer teams within defined project processes and procedures; recommending appropriate action
  • Review and develop quality standards and processes and overseeing compliance with those standards and processes
  • Be able to work on a number of projects simultaneously
  • Support the analysis and development of change management strategies to enable successful project deployments
  • Communicate effectively to and influence stakeholders across multiple levels
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships through individual contacts and group meetings

Minimum Requirements:

2+years' experience in a similar type analytical role within a multinational organization

Critical Skills:

  • Previous cross functional project/business analysis experience
  • Good level of Agile along with a technology Security background
  • Experience in business and process analysis and an ability to comfortably engage with Technical teams in support of objectives
  • Excellent understanding of project management and software development life cycle concepts
  • Experience of working in a team-orientated, collaborative environment
  • Ability to analyse business processes, optimise and document
  • Ability to produce concise and accurate presentations
  • Solid business analysis skills including analytical and requirements gathering
  • Logical and efficient with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident, highly self-motivated and highly organised
  • Strong communication skills (Listening, oral and written)
  • MS Office suite
  • Knowledge of project management tools

Additional Knowledge & Skills:

  • Ideally have a qualification in Business Analysis or Project Management
  • Working experience with Agile frameworks
  • Experience of working in lean and medical device regulated environments is preferable

Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in the field of business administration, finance or Information Systems

Certifications/Licensure:

Prince 2/Project Management Professional certificate/equivalent
